Reservation option

 

It’s possible to take an option on our product with an maximum of 7 days. During this period we will place this items on hold on our website.

 

Storage

 

For wholesale dealers we can store items in our warehouse for a maximum period of 4 weeks. After this period we will charge a small fee for each week items will be stored longer.

 

Prices

All prices are quoted in EUROS picked up from our shop or at the warehouse. For export the prices at the website do not include V.A.T and Import Duties.

Payment

Payments can be done by :

1)    Items purchases in the shop or our warehouse can be paid cash or by Pin transaction / credit card transaction.
2)    Items ordered by Internet can be paid by Pay-Pal or a bank transfer.
3)    For payments by Pay-Pal we charge 5% extra.

4)   We don’t accept credit card payment or checks from outside the Netherlands.

Packing

All goods are professionally packed by our shipping department. The cost for packing materials are at buyers expense. On request we can make wooden crates for shipping but the cost for making those are at buyers expense.

 

Shipments

Goods are shipped from our warehouse to the buyer’s address at his expenses and risks. Transport will be effected over land and/ or by sea or by air, by means and methods of our shipping department or in accordance with special instructions from the buyer. If the buyer arrange his own shipping this will be no problem.

Insurance

All goods shipped by us, are fully insured from warehouse against theft, breakage, fire, short-handed, and plundering, at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise instructed. Insurance price depends on the price from the goods bought by the buyer.

Claims

Although every effort will be made in order to secure safe arrival of goods at destination, it may happen that goods are missing or damaged upon delivery. In guarantee certificate is our invoice. In case of defect, please send your complaint in writing, stating: a) Description of defective part b) Copy of your invoice, showing purchase of the article. On receipt of your complaint, we shall do the necessary procedure and will inform you accordingly. in case, please notify us in writing immediately, provided the goods are insured by us. Claims for missing or short delivered items must be accompanied by a statement from the local freight forwarder or carrier.

Guarantee

Guarantee certificate is our invoice. In case of defect, please send your complaint in writing, stating: a) Description of defective part b) Copy of your invoice, showing purchase of the article. On receipt of your complaint, we shall do the necessary procedure and will inform you accordingly.
