A beautiful dining chair, commissioned by Le Corbusier and manufactured by Thonet in France around 1940. The deep brown wooden frame holds a webbing seat and back. Combined with the elegant shape of the structure this gives the piece a wonderful, classical yet modern style. It’s a dining chair but could also be used as an office chair or eye-catching side chair. It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
