A beautiful wall / ceiling lamp, model “AJ Eklipta”, designed by Arne Jacobsen and manufactured by Louis Poulsen in Denmark around 1950. This simple yet elegant design has a white lacquered metal base holding a disc shaped, glass shade. This gives the lamp a multi-dimensional effect, especially when lit. It emits a warm light when lit, adding beautifuly to the decor! A lovely, quality piece that remains in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
