1960s “Breda” lounge chair designed by Pierre Guariche, manufactured by Meurop in Belgium. This very recognizable design easy chair has a black lacquered metal base with a nice skai (fauxe leather) upholstery. The model is named “Breda” (after a Dutch city) and was designed in 1967. The large armrests and tilted seat create an excellent seating experience as well as a lovely modern design. It remains in good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
