A lovely tripod stool from France, manufactured around 1950.

Made of high quality wood in a nice, warm brown colour. The wood is of rough quality with a nice finish while respecting the natural structures of the material. This gives the piece a unique Brutalist like style that makes it very fitting for different kinds of decors. It would fit very well in a modern, brutalist or industrial decor. Their rounded seat provides additional seating comfort and the tapered, outwards pointing legs gives it a nice appeal. All together this stool would make a lovely addition to the interior!

It remains in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. The sturdy and rough material of the wood means the piece has natural imperfections and irregularities, that add to it’s unique appeal and are well reflected in the photos.
