A fantastic table lamp, manufactured by Pruluce in Vicenza, Italy around 1960.
Made of high quality white Murano glass – the piece is also labeled Vetri Murano as a proof of quality. The large round shape of the lamp, which is mainly hood, is complimented by some round black details. It emits a beautiful warm light that is slightly diffused by the glass and adds both light and warmth to the decor. A wonderful find of mid-century design in highly recognizable Italian style!
It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
