A stunning highboard designed by Cees Braakman and manufactured by Pastoe in the Netherlands during the 1960s.
This highly recognizable piece of Dutch design has a straight, rectangular wengé wood body in a nice, deep brown colour. It has white laminated doors and drawers. The doors all have chrome plated metal handles. It has one drop down door that reveals a light source as well, adding a fantastic addition appeal to the compartment! It stands on rectangular black metal legs which adds nicely to the modern feel of the design. The highboard provides ample storage space with its multiple drawers and compartments, perfect for many situations and interiors.
This vintage highboard remains is in very good condition with only minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
