A wonderful, rustic drawer unit in highly recognizable design by Ate van Apeldoorn, manufactured by Houtwerk Hattem in the Netherlands around 1960.
It is made from pine wood in a minimalist yet rustic design. The corners have very nice connections, typical for the style and adding a wonderful detail to the piece and a real sign of quality. The natural pattern of the wood remain clearly visible and it has a nice, light and warm brown colour. The cabinet has five drawer units, providing plenty of storage space.
This most appealing piece remains in good vintage condition with only minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina!
