An eye-catching rocking chair, designed by Paul Tuttle and manufactured by Strässle in Switzerland around 1970.
This elegant piece is made of high quality bentwood in brown and black. It holds a black leather seat with canvas back and support. It is made with an impressive eye for detail and beautiful curved shapes that blend seamlessly into the rocking mechanism. The curved shapes and tilted seat all add nicely to the excellent seating comfort of this highly recognizable chair. All together this is a wonderful find of vintage design that will definitely draw the attention in the interior!
It remains in good, vintage condition with some wear consistent with age and use and some marks of use to the back, preserving a beautiful patina.
