A very large oil painting, named “Aquarium”, made by Belgian artist Lieve Prins around 1980.
This unique piece represents a colourful scene with a lady shaped figure with fish elements and many interesting details. Experimenting with body parts, different elements, colours and perspectives is the recognizable feature of Prins’ art. Combined with the very large size of this piece, this artwork will definitely draw the attention in any decor!
The piece remains in good, vintage condition with some small marks and wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
