A wonderful “EA124” chair designed by Charles & Ray Eames, manufactured by Vitra in the USA around 1970.

This iconic chair is one of the most recognizable pieces of mid-century design! The piece has a black lacquered aluminum frame in a nice, modern style. The seat is upholstered in green of which the colour has faded, but the fabric is original. It combines style with seating comfort as the seat adapts to the body of the sitter. The added neck pillow adds really nicely to the seating experience as well!

The chair has the Vitra logo at the frame as well as a label, as shown in photos.

It remains in fair, vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. The frame is still really good but the fabric is faded as represented in the photos.
