A wonderful 3-seater sofa from the Japanese series, designed by Cees Braakman and manufactured by Pastoe in the Netherlands around 1950.

A beautiful piece with a high quality black lacquered metal base in thin, rectangular shapes. Newly upholstered in beautiful grey fabric, perfectly fitting the design. It has upholstered armrests for additional style and comfort! A minimalist and modern piece that is a real statement of mid-century Dutch design.

The sofa remains in very good, vintage condition with new upholstery and only minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
