A beautiful “Krekel” (“Cricket”) table lamp designed by Otto Wasch, manufactured by Raak in the Netherlands in the 1960s.
This lovely lamp is made of high quality aluminium resting on thin pins, allowing the angle and position of the light to chance by simply turning it around. Its clever design emphasizes functional minimalism while offering a sculptural, elegant presence on any desk or side table. A wonderful find of Dutch design lighting that will draw the attention anywhere in the decor!
The piece remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
