A beautiful lounge chair designed by Bengt Akerblom, manufactured in Sweden in the 1950s.
This elegant chair features a teak wood frame with nicely finished legs and armrests. The seat and back are upholstered in a lovely fabric with a two toned cream coloured pattern. All together this gives the piece a nice appeal, highly recognizable for mid-century Scandinavian design. The slightly tilted backrest add nicely to it’s seating comfort!
The piece remains in good, vintage condition with some wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
