A nice pair of easy chairs from the 1950s by Dutch manufacturer Gebroeders Jonkers in highly recognizable style!

The chairs are made of natural rattan in nicely curved shapes. This was a very popular style in the Netherlands around the 1950s, and nowadays it’s a much sought after style worldwide. The tubular black lacquered metal frame is a nice finish to their elegant yet modern design. The rounded backrest and curved armrests add nicely to the seating comfort of the pieces as well. A lovely set that will be a fantastic addition to any decor!

This set remains in very good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
