A beautiful lounge chair designed by Theo Ruth and manufactured by Artifort in the Netherlands around 1950.
This iconic chair is upholstered in beautiful yellow fabric that creates a nice harmony to the wooden base. The seat and backrests are divided in two interlocking pieces, which is an innovative aspect of the designs by Ruth. A real eye-catcher in any interior and a must-have for any Dutch design enthusiast!
The chair remains in very good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
