A beautiful wall-mounted “Aquila” kitchen designed by Kho Liang Ie, manufactured by Bruynzeel in the Netherlands in the 1960s.
This iconic kitchenette is a beautiful statement piece of mid-century design! Its wall-mounted design was pioneering for the time, freeing up floor space and setting the standard for modern modular kitchens. Beautifully executed with many doors and features as shown in the photos, including a sink with tap, several drawer units, an alarm clock and electricity sockets. Brown wood with light grey laminated doors and metal grips. A fantastic and much sought after find of Dutch mid-century design that combines practicality, aesthetics and innovation!

Top unit: 180 x 35 x H. 70 cm
Lower unit: 182 x 61 x H. 60 cm
The piece remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
