An eye-catching “Tattomi” convertible lounge chair, designed by Ingo Maurer & Jan Armgardt and manufactured by Padova in Italy around 1970.
This versatile piece is a lounge chair with a folding structure that can be unfolded into a daybed! This makes it a piece fitting for many different decors and situations. It is an iconic piece of mid-century design and a highly recognizable example of Italian design from the seventies! Fully upholstered in striped fabric which adds nicely to the style and follows the shape of the design weather folded or extended. It also comes with a pillow for maximum comfort! A soon to be favourite in any interior.
This unique find remains in very good, vintage condition, with minor wear that is consistent with its age and use.
