A beautiful Memphis style tapestry, designed by Andrée Putman and manufactured by Gerard Toulemonde in France around 1980.
This wonderful rug is made of soft fabric in different shades of brown. It has three different patterns: a plain brown coloured edge followed by a layer of curved lines and a flatter curved pattern with darker colours in the central part. This combination gives it a unique and very appealing style that adds a unique touch to the decor!
The tapestry remains in good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful vintage patina.
