A very nice “Tiramisu” folding ladder or kitchen step designed by Andries van Onck, manufactured by Kartell in Italy in the 1990s.
This practical and playful piece is crafted in black plastic, featuring a practical folding mechanism that allows it to be easily moved and stored. The design combines function with practicality in a most innovative way. Combined with the use of plastic as the material, this piece is a true statement to Italian mid-century design with it’s very own, unique style!
The piece is marked, as shown in photos.
The piece remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
