A truly eye-catching “Ysmen” table lamp designed by Ingo Maurer & Dagmar Mombach, manufactured by M‑Design in Germany in the 1990s.
Designed for the famous MaMo Nouchies series, recognized by unique and organic shapes with a most expressive way of emitting it’s light. This unique lamp has a metal frame, holding the beautiful and delicate paper shade.The paper shade softly diffuses the light in different ways throughout it’s shape. An absolutely fantastic find of mid-century lighting!
The piece remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
